Cottage Pie Shawns

4 Servings

1 Lb turkey meat, Ground
1 Peeled and carrot, Chopped
2 onions, Sliced
1/2 Pkg mushrooms, Chopped
2 Beef cubes
2 Cup water (for gravy), Boiling
Instant Potato, salt, pepper
Various other spices.
2 Squirts of katchup
1 Each handful peas and corn

In a large frying pan. Add some oil, butter, throw in the onion,
carrot, mushroom and cook until done. Meanwhile make the beef stock
with the cubes (or feel free to use real beef stock - I was cheap).
Add ground trukey to the veggies and cook until done. Add the beef
stock to cover. Simmer adding a bit more beef stock as needed. When
you add the salt, pepper, parsley, oregano etc etc also throw in a
few squirts of katshup (or tomatoe paste if you have a package open).

Throw it in a oven safe container.

Pre heat oven to 350c

Bring a handful of frozen corn, and peas just to a boil drain and add
on top of the meat in the container. Make your instant mash potatoe
(gotta me instant as they taste the best LOL) grate some cheddar
cheese into the potato. Spread on top of the mix.

Add rest of the cheddar cheese on top of that and bake in the oven
until it's bubbling and the cheese is brown.

Horribly un healthy but yuuuumy.
